The project

Chef Youssif needed updated photos of his dishes, with an emphasis on local ingredients, and beautiful but approachable plating techniques.

I was tasked with taking a series of photos to showcase Chef Youssif’s creations. The photos were used by Ke Nui Kitchen and Waimea Valley to advertise their services and events and by Chef Youssif in his personal catering pursuits.
